Tracking information will be provided with your purchase. You can expect your package within 3 working days for Trinidad and 4 days for Tobago. When you receive your item, please inspect the garment and do not remove the tags until you have tried on the item and you are satisfied with your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, please contact us with your address and we will inform you of shipping charges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with the fit of your garment, please contact us and we will arrange to have the item collected from your local delivery address. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Exchanges and refunds will incur a delivery fee of $40TT.
We only accept merchandise that is returned odor and stain free, in its original packaging and is unused with the tags attached.
Items returned within 7 days of delivery, in acceptable condition, will be refunded or exchanged. All SALE items, SHAPEWEAR and PANTIES are not eligible for return.
